Director, Inventory Innovations
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:

Collaborate with Business, Customer Experience and Technology partners to define the vision and roadmap for inventory innovations.

Lead the development of prioritized roadmaps and execution plans to bring new capabilities to life.

Write high-level and detailed requirements for prioritized capabilities and features, aligning with business and technology partners to ensure a differentiated customer experiences, thoughtful operational impacts and measurable commercial and customer outcomes.

Represent the work of Inventory Innovations across broader Hilton communities, including brands, commercial, pricing, marketing & loyalty, communications, owner relations, customer experience and portfolio planning teams.
How you will collaborate with others:

You will collaborate with business and technology colleagues to define and prioritize scope and timelines.

Working with Platform Activation (Change Management) and Portfolio Management, you will provide direction for project and change management activities to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new capabilities.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- As product owner, you will guide definition and implementation of Hilton’s ‘Add-Ons’ and 'Rate Attribution' capabilities, enabling customers to customize their stay, across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- As part of the Inventory Innovations team, you will contribute to broader inventory initiatives including Room Attribution and a modernized User Interface for Hilton’s Commercial Engine.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Eight years of professional work experience
- Five (5) years of work experience in Product or Project Management, working at the intersection of business and technology to bring to life new customer experiences or business solutions.
- Travel up to 25% (if applicable).
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience in hotel Sales, Inventory, Revenue Management or Distribution solutions
- Understanding of Agile Product Management processes
- Prior people management experience
