Cluster Director of Sales
What will I be doing?
As Cluster Director of Sales, you will lead the sales strategy and commercial performance for both Hilton Paris La Défense and the new DoubleTree by Hilton Paris Boulogne. In this role, you will work closely with the Cluster Commercial Director and hotel leadership teams to drive business needs, maximise revenue across all segments, and ensure the hotels are competitively positioned within the Paris marketplace. Your key responsibilities include:
· Manage and execute the cluster sales strategy in line with Hilton's commercial priorities.
· Lead, coach, and develop the proactive sales teams to achieve revenue targets and cultivate a high‑performing culture.
· Oversee account management across Corporate, MICE, Group, and Leisure segments, ensuring both hotels capture and grow key business.
· Prepare and negotiate corporate and group contracts in line with pricing and business conditions.
· Monitor offers, options, and repeat‑booking incentives in collaboration with Groups, Conference & Events teams.
· Support the launch and commercial ramp‑up of DoubleTree by Hilton Paris Boulogne with tailored activation strategies.
· Lead or support sales travel, client entertainment, and participation in trade fairs and industry events.
· Produce accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
· Actively participate in and contribute to the preparation of the annual sales plan, quarterly updates, and annual budgets.
· Implement initiatives and quickly execute strategies/tactics to offset changes in the market, economy, or competitive landscape.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximise conversion.

Required
· Proven experience in a senior hotel sales leadership role, ideally in a multi‑property or cluster environment.
· Strong understanding of the Paris and La Défense markets.
· Demonstrated success in Corporate and MICE business development.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
