Cluster Director of Sales

A Cluster Director of Sales serving Hilton is always working on behalf of our guests, owners, and teams. For this role, we are seeking the following:

Required

·       Proven experience in a senior hotel sales leadership role, ideally in a multi‑property or cluster environment.

·       Strong understanding of the Paris and La Défense markets.

·       Demonstrated success in Corporate and MICE business development.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

·       Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
