Position Summary
A Bell Attendant is responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage, as well as responding to guest requests, in support of the hotel’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
What will I be doing?
As a Bell Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests. You will be responsible for transferring and storing luggage and attending to guest requests, always striving to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Your main responsibilities include:
Greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
Retrieving, transporting, and delivering guest luggage.
Inspecting guest rooms and introducing guests to their room features and amenities.
Responding promptly, courteously, and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests.

Bell Attendants serving Hilton brand hotels work on behalf of our Guests and in collaboration with fellow Team Members. To successfully fulfill this role, you should demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:

It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate the following qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bell Attendant
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Advanced English (required)
