Front Desk Supervisor

A Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities at the hotel’s front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest requests, concierge services, and the promotion of in-house amenities and activities.


What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will manage front office operations, ensuring smooth communication between guests, the hotel, and various departments. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising front desk operations during your assigned shift to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

  • Ensuring your team maintains up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, rates, and special promotions, as well as daily VIPs and special events.

  • Communicating with your team regarding any VIP guests or special events taking place in the hotel.

  • Monitoring team performance, appearance, and service standards, with a strong focus on training and teamwork.

  • Maximizing revenue through effective up-selling and participation in marketing programs.

  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and well-organized front desk environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For?

A Front Desk Supervisor serving Hilton brands always acts on behalf of our Guests while collaborating closely with fellow Team Members. To successfully fulfill this role, you must demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:

  • Previous experience in Front Office operations within the hotel, leisure, or retail sector.

  • Advanced English level (spoken and written) — this is a mandatory requirement.

  • Strong commercial awareness and proven sales abilities.

  • A calm, organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding levels of guest service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A relevant supervisory, management, or hospitality-related certificate, diploma, or degree.
