You have these minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in hospitality design roles and project management.
Excellent communication, presentation, written, and public speaking skills.
Ability to lead change, resolve issues, and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units, including maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
Ability to evaluate and find opportunities from a strategic perspective, develop, prioritize, and implement plans to meet the organization’s core strategic goals.
Ability to accurately estimate project duration and pre-empt potential pitfalls based on experience, scheduling analysis, and interaction with other stakeholders and ownership teams.
Ability to assimilate new concepts and practices into the position and the department. To provide subordinates with effective on-the-job training, policies and procedures, departmental training topics, and professional development.
Financial management and leadership skills, including the ability to monitor expenses against commitments, set priorities for funding, and develop annual financial goals.
Ability to travel when required.
