Associate, Business Systems Analyst (Opera PMS)
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and document application requirements and convey them to the development teams
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of professional work experience
- Two (2) years of experience with Oracle’s Opera property management application (Opera PMS)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 3+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or related field
- One (1) year of experience writing requirements or presentations for business audiences
- One (1) year of experience with the following tools/applications – Jira, Confluence, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel
