This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's marketing, sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Marketing and eCommerce Hotel Onboarding Manager you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Marketing and eCommerce Hotel Onboarding and Ramp team reporting to the Senior Manager, MEC Hotel Onboarding, you will support the openings of a growing portfolio of hotels across the Americas.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Facilitate critical eCommerce onboarding activities for a portfolio of hotel openings and conversions across the Americas region 
  • Field and resolve in-depth and multi-faceted eCommerce inquiries from hotels via Salesforce
  • Address hotel performance opportunities, diagnose major problems, and create action on eCommerce solutions accordingly

How you will collaborate with others:

  • You will collaborate directly with onboarding hotels, on-property teams, internal commercial strategy teams, management companies and Commercial Service leadership to achieve successful hotel openings and ramp-up.
  • You will work with internal partners to complete projects and hotel requests, including Email Marketing, Paid Media, Content, Search Engine Optimization, Revenue Management, Destination Marketing, and more.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Field and resolve in-depth and multi-faceted eCommerce inquiries from hotels via Salesforce to increase performance across multiple channels   
  • Conduct ad hoc consultations and deliver action plans  
  • Provide in-depth analyses to address hotel performance, opportunity, diagnose major problems, identify and action solutions  

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce.
  • Two (2) years of experience analyzing data and presenting the findings to internal or external customers.
  • General understanding of Digital Marketing tactics including SEO/SEM.
  • Travel up to 5%

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree  
  • Five (5) years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce.
  • Four (4) years of experience analyzing data and presenting the findings to internal or external customers.
  • Experience working in the Hospitality or travel industry. 
  • Marketing experience in the hospitality (hotel) industry or working directly with a management company or ownership group.    
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM/Relationship Management tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
