HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Create and manage content and resources on B2B websites and platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to write and socialize marketing briefs, ensuring B2B strategy is implemented seamlessly across digital channels and platforms.
• Monitor performance of digital campaigns and B2B websites, reporting results and findings to the Sr. Manager and internal stakeholders.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Collaborate across internal channel partners and teams to develop tactical marketing plans.
• Interact with Product and Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) teams to stay informed on the development of new B2B products and programs.
• Partner with external agencies on the development of web content/creative assets.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Hilton's professional GM&E planner-focused website.
• Acquisition and lifecycle marketing for B2B platform customers.
• Enterprise GM&E content and engagement tactics.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Two (2) years of work experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience writing copy for web and digital, and/or creative briefs.
• Experience analyzing reports and data to distill valuable insights.
• Work a hybrid office schedule based in Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA

It would be useful if you have:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM), demand generation, direct response or email marketing experience.
