ホテルのエントランスおよびロビーにて、お客様のお出迎えからご滞在中のサポートまで幅広くご担当いただきます。
主な業務内容
- お客様のお出迎え・お見送り
- お荷物の搬送および客室へのご案内
- 客室や館内施設のご案内
- タクシーや配送手配などのサポート業務
- ロビー周辺の整備・管理
- 他部門（フロント・コンシェルジュ等）との連携
- ブランドスタンダードに基づいたサービス提供
Key Responsibilities
Greet and escort guests upon arrival and departure
Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms
Provide information about guest rooms and hotel facilities
Assist with arranging taxis and delivery services
Maintain and manage the lobby area
Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, etc.)
Deliver services in accordance with brand standards
応募資格
- 接客業の経験（業界不問）
- コミュニケーション能力の高い方
- 立ち仕事および荷物運搬が可能な方
- ホテルでの勤務経験歓迎
- 英語での接客対応が可能な方（その他言語も歓迎）
- シフト勤務（早朝・夜間含む）が可能な方
- ホスピタリティ精神をお持ちの方
- 明るく丁寧な対応ができる方
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service (any industry)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
- Ability to provide guest service in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Availability to work shifts, including early morning and night shifts
- Strong sense of hospitality
