客室およびパブリックエリアの清掃品質を維持・向上するため、ハウスキーピング業務全体の管理・監督をご担当いただきます。
主な業務内容
- 客室および館内の清掃状況のチェック・品質管理
- ハウスキーピングスタッフの指導・教育・業務指示
- スタッフのシフト管理および勤怠管理
- 清掃用品・リネン類の在庫管理および発注
- 客室のステータス管理およびフロントとの連携
- 衛生・安全基準の遵守および改善活動
- クレーム対応およびサービス品質の向上
- ブランドスタンダードに基づいた客室環境の維持
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms and public areas
- Supervise, train, and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and handle ordering
- Manage room status and coordinate with the Front Office
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and drive continuous improvements
- Handle guest complaints and enhance service quality
- Maintain guest room standards in accordance with brand guidelines
応募資格
- ホテルでのハウスキーピング経験
- リーダーまたは指導経験
- 衛生管理に関する基本的な知識
- シフト管理やスタッフ育成の経験
- 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
- 細部まで注意を払える方
- チームをまとめ、指導できる方
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Experience in staff scheduling and team development
- Basic communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
