We’re in the Central Business District, steps away from the government interministerial building. We are a 4-star hotel. About the Job:
1x Kitchen Commis wanted to assist the Chef de Partie to supervise team members in the kitchen section in the Team Member Restaurant. Monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served. Ensure that the kitchen receives the correct quality and quantity of all food.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist the Team Member Restaurant’s Head Chef and Chef de Partie with all items related to operations and be aware of team members’ feedback.
· Complement and maintain quality standards related to sanitation and cleanliness.
· Ensure that all operating equipment / furniture are in good condition.
· Be environmentally aware
Qualifications & Attributes:
· High School graduate.
· Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the hotel industry.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
