This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Specialist, HR Consulting, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Commercial Services HR Consulting team reporting to the Director of HR Consulting for Marketing & Loyalty and Global Distribution, you will support projects including Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, and other HR-critical tasks and processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Build HR Presentations and communications to facilitate strategic conversations with our business partners including Talent Reviews, Performance Calibrations, and Organizational Health.
  • Manage People and Organizational data to manage Talent, Recruitment, and other HR Strategy needs.
  • Organize critical data and documents to ensure effective record-keeping, accurate people data, and the ability to support HR tasks across compensation, recruitment, organizational structure, and benefits.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with the HR Consulting team to ensure consistent support, communications, and processes for our business partners
  • Connect with other HR departments to agree on best practices, expectations, and processes in recruitment, benefits, compensation, and HRX (experience)
  • Support the Director of HR Consulting in all reporting, presentations, and communications for their business partners

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • People data management
  • HR Presentations and Communications including Talent Reviews, Performance Management Calibrations, and Organizational Health Reviews
  • Record organization and storage management

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work experience.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis
