Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join the Team!
Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays. (Will be mostly 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm shifts)
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $19.76 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?
As a Spa Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing daily operations of Spa including, but not limited to, reservations, check-in, guest services, locker rooms, salon, and therapists. As a member of the spa leadership team, the Spa Supervisor will work closely with the Assistant Spa Director and Spa Director in driving top-line revenue, supporting group sales and group business, guest relations and training of spa staff in luxury and brand guidelines. Specifically:
- Work the spa desk.
- Ensure guest satisfaction regarding all areas of spa services in accordance with Hilton Standards.
- Provide courteous and efficient guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction from point of arrival to check out.
- Resolves guest concerns and feedback.
- Sell, book, change, cancel appointments.
- Sell retail.
- Support Spa Concierge & Lounge Attendant teams.
- Ensure training and consistency with brand standards.
- Assist groups with spa options, contracts, bookings, and day-of-event execution. Sell spa offerings to groups.
- Assist with trainings, inventory, and merchandising and cleanliness tasks.
