Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will assist be responsible for directing and organizing all activities, events, and services related to Recreation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
As a Recreation Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Lead and direct all Recreation operations, vendor relationships, guest service and satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, inventory management and cost controls, cabana and Kids Club reservations, department management and meeting participation.
- Responsible for directing and overseeing the marketing, programming, and operation of the pool deck, cabanas, cabana packages and upsells, and Kids Club.
- Plan, organize and execute special events including Holiday activations and programming.
- Monitor and develop team member performance to include providing supervision and professional development, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Recruit, interview and train team members.
