Spa Receptionist | Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah
What are we looking for?
A Spa Receptionist serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a busy reception environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in booking/reservation software and basic computer skills.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance in line with the hotel’s standards.
- A warm and approachable personality with a passion for guest service.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling guest information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality or spa management is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
