Spa Receptionist - Bodrum
What are we looking for?
A Spa Receptionist serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Spa / Wellness / Hotel Reception)
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Associate Degree or University Degree (or currently studying)
Excellent attention to detail
Previous spa or wellness reception experience
High standards of cleanliness and organization
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests professionally
To fill this role successfully, you should also have the following language skills:
English proficiency: Advanced level in reading, writing, and speaking
