The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa—set atop the scenic rolling hills and majestic live oaks of the Hill Country—offers a tranquil yet sophisticated retreat with 140,000 sq. ft. of elegant event space, a luxury spa, multiple outdoor pools, a dedicated kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. We are excited to announce that we are seeking a Spa Operations and Retil Manager to join their team!
What will I be doing?
As a Spa Manager, you would be responsible for managing and administering the activities and services of all Spa-related operations (i.e. Spa, Fitness Center, Salon, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage and administer all Spa operations to include, but not limited to, guest service, product quality and innovation, merchandising and marketing/revenue generation, inventory management and cost controls, systems use and management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitation
- Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies
- Ensure spa cleanliness and maintain and ensure the functionality of spa equipment
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Monitor team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, providing professional development and delivering recognition and reward
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Participate in and lead meetings
