A Sous Chef (Pastry & Bakery) serving Waldorf Astoria Maldives is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. The right candidate should have extensive experience in luxury establishment. Love for precision and refined dining is a must. Relevant experience in remote island locations would be preferred. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Strong Junior Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef experience in a Luxury establishment
- Approaches food in a creative way
- Strong supervisory skills
- Positive attitude & Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Willingness to learn
