A highly motivated Senior Sales Manager who represents Hilton Worldwide brands with professionalism, confidence, and commercial acumen. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- A strong and proven track record of sales success, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to innovate beyond conventional approaches
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and perform in high-pressure environments
- A self-driven leader and collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience developing and executing short- and long-term sales strategies with measurable outcomes
- Flexibility to travel on short notice and adapt to changing business priorities
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi is preferred
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A valid driver’s license
