Senior/ Sales Manager, MICE (Hilton Singapore Orchard)
What are we looking for?
A Senior/ Sales Manager - MICE serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in hotel/event sales, preferably in MICE or group segments.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and lead management skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and analytics.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, GDS, and revenue management tools is an advantage.
