Senior Project Manager, Focused Service PIP/FRCM

What are we looking for:

• Ability to work independently and take total responsibility for multiple projects at a time while working in conjunction with the global support teams
• Resourceful with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Blue Beam
• Extensive knowledge of means and methods of construction as well as the ability to recommend "on the spot" solutions to unforeseen construction problems
• General understanding of building systems: Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, and Civil
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to completion, experiencing all phases of the design and construction process
• Understand construction sequencing and can accurately forecast construction timelines and completion dates

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of design, construction, and renovation experience in development, construction, and renovation projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Travel as needed (approximately 15%)

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or Construction related field
• Experience in hospitality industry in design construction renovation
• Licensed or Certified in: Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer, (NCIDQ), Project Manager (PMP)
• Experience with BlueBeam
