Senior Program Manager

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like: 

• Define & supervise program scope, as well as resourcing & capability requirements.
• Build detailed multi-function and multi-phase program plans which incorporate contingency planning and project risk analysis, identifying strategic gaps and opportunities for new initiatives and tools to support efforts across the organization.
• Craft and develop change management, governance, operating models, and process solutions to ensure appropriate implementation of strategic projects.
• Help develop and refine tools, processes, and standard methodologies to continuously improve our program management capabilities.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Lead cross-functional, global teams through execution of assigned programs – partner teams include Marketing Strategy, Content & Channel Strategy & Planning, Media, CX, Performance, and Operations.
• Act as a high-level, coordinating manager to ensure business owners and decision makers have appropriate information, decisions are made in accurate timeframes, and project ownership is assigned to and prioritized by appropriate partner teams.
• Lead program kick-offs and status meetings with your partners, and join weekly team and 1:1s with your manager

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Major large-scale Marketing & Loyalty led global programs from initiation to execution and ongoing adaptation that enable our long-term strategic vision

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of experience in program and project management, and delivering cross-functional projects
• Experience building program plans with critical path and task dependencies, driving execution, and delivering results in diverse/highly matrixed organization
• Understanding of program management and collaboration tools to improve program processes, reporting, and collaboration
• Travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
• PMP and/or agile methodology certification
• Experience supporting a marketing organization
• Experience indirectly and/or directly managing a team
