What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Understanding of platform development cycles, and technology roadmaps
  • Experienced in managing vendors to develop small to mid-sized custom apps or software solutions
  • Consistent track record working with vendor partners or internal teams to translate platform vision into effective feature roadmaps
  • History of identifying and implementing end-user experience improvements for technology solutions
  • High proficiency in leading and prioritizing the work of multiple vendors and workstreams concurrently to deliver technology solutions
  • Knowledge of effective strategies to drive platform adoption and user experience
  • Strong ability to interact with and understand technical resources
  • Skilled in guiding non-technical resources in the development and delivery of technical solutions
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills
  • Experience leading and developing a team providing platform administration and support delivery
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively incorporate metrics and dashboards within technology solutions
  • Track record of strong decision-making to improve technology deliverables
  • Understanding of workflow automation and business process design for technical platforms

To fulfill this role successfully, you will possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Four (4) to Five (5) years of product owner experience for technology platforms
  • Two (2) years of consulting experience advising business stakeholders on technology solution development
  • Three (3) years of experience managing vendors or internal teams to develop custom apps or software
  • Two (2) years of experience implementing end-user experience improvements for custom apps or software
  • Two (2) years of platform administration, integration, and support experience
  • Two (2) years of workflow automation and platform reporting experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Two (2) or more years of people management experience
