Senior Manager, Technical Project Delivery - Asia Pacific (APACx)

A Senior Manager, Technical Project Delivery - APACx serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong problem definition and ability to solve a problem multiple ways
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and support concurrent projects
- Ability to conduct technical feasibility and size up technical effort in both man-day and complexity
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts and new technologies such as Generative AI
- Manage, coordinate, and provide regular project updates to multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to do rapid prototyping in the web and app platform with the assistance of generative AI
- Possess great project management skills with the use of tools like Kanban
- Travel up to 15%
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- 7 years of professional experience in the technical field
- 3 years of project management experience
- Current experience working in technology project planning and delivery
