Senior Manager, Paid Search
***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX***
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Senior Manager, Paid Search you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Media team reporting to the Director of Paid Media Acquisition, you will create strategic initiatives, optimizations and management of Hilton’s Paid Search program which supports 20+ brands under the Hilton business.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Create, manage, and lead strategic Paid Search plans alongside the agency to increase customer acquisition maximizing conversions while maintaining efficiencies for the Always-On campaign.
- Work with the agencies to maintain paid search success across multiple ad platforms such as Google, Bing, and Yelp to increase high-quality traffic while meeting Return on Investment targets
- Communicate performance and story-tell strategic decisions to both media and non-media audiences
- Manage internal search team members to implement and traffic media plans
- Manage and hold agencies accountable to allocate budget across campaigns and maximize paid search performance.
- Benchmark and monitor performance against important KPIs, MMM, and last-click while providing actionable insights to enhance the overall paid search strategy.
- Manage the media learning agenda to enhance and grow the paid search strategy
- Help prepare regular MMM reporting on campaign performance, highlighting important metrics and insights.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, implementing new features and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with Strategy and Planning on budget strategies and reporting communication
- Work with the agency on new strategies, tactics, and concepts to support the broader marketing strategies and commercial priorities
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Manage commercial priority campaigns such as co-brand, regional priorities, and others.
- Create the media learning agenda to enhance and grow the paid search strategy
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Five (5) years of experience in Paid Search with an understanding of Paid Search strategies
- Proven track record supporting enterprise or large-scale media spending.
- Experience with the Google and Bing Suite of products (SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads,CM)
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Work a hybrid office schedule based in Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA
- Travel up to 20% of the time
It would be useful if you have:
- Agency experience
- Advanced technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
