Senior Manager, Owner Relations
What are we looking for:

- Project management skills allowing you to direct multiple projects at a time
- Time management skills that show initiative in ensuring quick response to owner's or manager's requests for assistance
- Analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of hotel key performance measures
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, that lend to communicating goals and expectations. This should be complemented with strong listening skills
- Presentation skills that include both crafting presentations with target audiences in mind and delivering presentations to small groups
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of Hotel and/or Hospitality experience
- Three (3) years working with Hilton Brands
- Managerial experience
- Solid understanding of Salesforce and Tableau
- Knowledge of hotel development processes including financing, construction, and operations
- Travel - 25%
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Seven (7) years of Hotel and/or Hospitality experience
- Five (5) years of Hilton Brand experience

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $81,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
