What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly gain consensus from various partners to drive forward the Pricing Vision and Roadmap. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is interested in advancing their career within the Pricing team and gaining exposure to new capabilities. We believe success in this role will be demonstrated through the following attributes and skills:

  • Adaptable: Effectively manages multiple projects, navigates ambiguity, handles distractions, and pivots based on changing business priorities.
  • Innovative: strong problem-solving skills, able to think creatively, see the big picture, and connect ambiguous information to generate innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Translate business requirements to technology and vendor partners while presenting technical results to non-technical partners in a clear and concise manner.
  • Partnership: Collaborates effectively with partners and manages overlapping priorities to drive long-term value for the business.
  • Driven: Self-motivated to identify and prioritize tasks, taking initiative to implement them with a personal dedication to succeed.
  • Analytical: Successfully tests or measures the impact of revenue management actions, providing insightful analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Thought Partner: Contribute to project strategy, problem resolution, and product innovation discussions with a wealth of experience and a curious perspective. Actively listen, ask insightful questions, and apply your expertise to develop effective solutions.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in Analytics, Commercial Services, Pricing, or Revenue Management
  • Travel up to 10% of the time

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Four (4) years of Hilton Revenue Management experience and/or Analytics experience
  • Experience in product management and/or project management
  • Tableau Desktop Certified Professional and/or MicroStrategy certifications
