Senior Manager, DoubleTree & HGV Brand Management
What are we looking for?
We are looking for self-starters, who are passionate about hospitality and who love to have the opportunity to build branding improvements. The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Analytical problem solver who will maximize quantitative/qualitative thinking to develop recommendations and provide context around their findings
- Strong storytelling capabilities for one-pagers and other presentations
- Matrix-navigation skills among large and complex organization with a commitment to meet deadlines
- Aptitude in building positive relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners
- Strong interpersonal skills, including finding opportunities for improvement, and sharing those messages with all applicable constituent groups; positive demeanor and strong appetite to learn
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Six (6) years of work experience in a professional environment
- Project management experience
- Experience developing strategic recommendations and business cases
- Experience conducting research and analytical driven initiatives
- Travel up to 30%
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
