Senior Manager Digital Project Management

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives—partnering with an external agency to manage workstreams on behalf of company partners.
• Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and success metrics; ensure agency work aligns with business objectives and delivery standards.
• Anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, and keep teams and agency partners-focused and informed throughout each project phase.
• Monitor and improve project workflows, documentation, and communications to improve clarity, velocity, and accountability.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Be the primary daily contact between internal teams and the external agency—translating needs into project briefs and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and engineering leads to align priorities, resource plans, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration across partner groups, helping to drive decisions, synthesize feedback, and maintain momentum from kickoff through launch.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive sponsors and functional leads.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Design Intuitive Interfaces: Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring understanding of Hilton's brand standards.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Working with product managers, developers, and other partners to understand requirements, provide design solutions, and gather feedback.
• Prototyping and Testing: Creating interactive prototypes to test and refine designs, ensuring usability and user experience.
• Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Design Systems and Guidelines: Contributing to the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across Hilton's digital products.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of work experience in managing digital projects or programs
• Understanding of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable or Smartsheet
• Travel up to 10%
