Senior Manager, Destination Marketing - South East Asia
This is a high-impact role at the heart of Hilton’s South East Asia (SEA) business, shaping how our destinations show up to travelers across the region and beyond. As Senior Manager, Destination Marketing, you will play a key role in bringing our strategy to life — delivering standout campaigns, partnerships and content that drive real commercial results. Working across some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, this role offers the opportunity to influence how travelers discover, consider and ultimately choose Hilton for their stay.
You will support the development and execution of Marketing and eCommerce strategies across SEA, driving demand, consideration and direct channel performance for Hilton’s portfolio of hotels.
This role plays a critical part in bringing destination strategies to life through high-quality, insight-led campaigns, partnerships and content that connect with target audiences and deliver measurable commercial impact.
Working closely with the Director, regional teams, hotels and external partners, the Senior Manager will help ensure marketing activity is aligned to business priorities, locally relevant, and executed to a high standard across channels.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Destination & Regional Marketing
Support the development and execution of destination marketing plans aligned to regional commercial priorities
Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of campaigns, partnerships and content across key markets
Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance tracking to ensure efficient and effective execution
Leverage data and insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance over time
Coordinate with internal teams (brand, media, social, loyalty) to ensure integrated marketing delivery
Build and manage relationships with external partners, publishers and agencies
Support reporting and performance analysis, translating results into clear insights and recommendations
Ensure alignment with global and regional marketing initiatives where relevant
Hotel Support
Partner with key hotels to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and destination strategies
Provide guidance to hotel marketing teams to strengthen hotel led campaign quality and effectiveness
Support the execution of integrated campaigns for priority hotels and key need periods
Assist in optimizing hotel content and digital presence to drive direct revenue
Contribute to marketing plans for new hotel openings in partnership with cross-functional teams
Support co-op campaign planning, execution and budget management
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, digital or e-commerce
Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and performance metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with agencies and external partners
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and markets
High attention to detail with strong project management skills
Experience working across multiple markets or cultures is advantageous
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 20%, subject to business needs
