What are we looking for?
A Senior Manager, Corporate Responsibility - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Five (5) years of professional experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in a relevant role, such as corporate responsibility, sustainability programs, ESG strategy, or business consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent project management skills with a high standard of delivery.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to environmental and/or social impact measurement methodologies.
- Ability to excel in a high-performance, fast-paced professional environment, while running multiple projects under tight deadlines.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience.
- Experience working in a global corporate environment.
- Hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to support Chinese speaking market.
