As Senior Manager, Americas Marketing Strategy, you will help define how our brands show up in the market. You will bring together insight, creativity, and performance-driven marketing to inspire the next generation of luxury travelers.
We're looking for a strategic, consumer-obsessed marketer who excels at the intersection of brand, media, and partnerships. You will develop comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategies that increase awareness, consideration, and conversion across our Luxury and Lifestyle brands.
You will translate category priorities into actionable marketing plans—working with Brand Marketing, Media and creative agencies, and internal partners to bring campaigns and collaborations to life. From partnerships to performance media and compelling storytelling, you'll help create integrated programs that reach new audiences and create measurable impact.
This role is for a marketer who combines creativity with a data-first mindset, enjoys building partnerships, and finds energy in working in a collaborative environment. You'll help shape the future of Hilton's luxury and Lifestyle marketing while contributing to one of the most recognized and respected brands in the world.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across Hilton's Luxury and Lifestyle brands in the Americas.
- Partner with our teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life — from brief through execution — ensuring understanding of brand strategy and commercial priorities.
- Influence creative and media strategies through test-and-learn approaches that build scalable best practices and measurable performance.
- Collaborate across the Americas Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all consumer touch points.
- Analyze performance data, consumer insights, and market trends to uncover opportunities, improve campaigns, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Lead the development of campaign briefs and partner with Creative teams and agencies to shape compelling storytelling, visual direction, and content that brings Hilton's Luxury and Lifestyle brands to life.
- Lead the planning of strategic marketing partnerships, including media collaborations and branded content programs, managing deliverables, creative development, and performance outcomes from concept through launch.
- Be a steward of Luxury brand identity in partnership with Global Brand Marketing, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines, visual standards, tone of voice, and guest experience principles.
- Oversee marketing initiatives that engage luxury travel advisor networks and consortia, developing programs that increase awareness and consideration of Hilton's Luxury brands among influential travel planners.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- You will report to the Director, Americas Marketing and engage with commercial services, global brand marketing, content and creative teams to ensure execution of brand identity and brand storytelling.
- You will collaborate with integrated teams across paid media, planning and performance, creative and content development teams to develop marketing campaigns and report on results.
- You will work with Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) and Consortia teams to align marketing initiatives with luxury travel advisor partnerships and ensure marketing programs support broader commercial and distribution strategies.
- You will be a connector across Brand, Creative, Media, and Sales partners, ensuring partnership programs and campaigns provide measurable impact.
- You will oversee the work of an Analyst on the team.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Develop integrated marketing strategies to support Lifestyle and Luxury brands and audiences at Hilton
- You will lead the development of partnership-driven marketing programs. These programs include branded content and media collaborations, spanning from concept and briefing through production and performance. You will work with Brand Marketing and Creative to agree on a shared brand vision.
- Manage marketing initiatives designed to reach luxury travel advisors and consortia partners, helping improve awareness and consideration of Hilton's Luxury brands among high-value traveler audiences.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Six (6) years of experience in marketing with an agency or large brand, with a focus on consideration and conversion (mid and low funnel objectives)
- Experience with marketing strategy, paid media, partnership marketing, performance marketing, and integrated campaign strategy
- Excels in a collaborative team environment
- Passionate about the intersection of brand, data, and digital innovation
- Travel up to 20% (if applicable)
- Experience managing a direct report
- Hybrid schedule in McLean, VA (3 days/week in office)
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience reaching high net worth / Luxury consumers
- Experience collaborating with and managing agency partners, strategic marketing partnerships, branded content programs, or media collaborations and creative content
- An eye for compelling creative and visual storytelling, with the skill to help shape marketing content and brand narratives
- Experience in Travel/Hospitality, or Retail industry in a performance-led and matrixed organization
