Senior Manager – Loyalty Growth Marketing
Hilton’s Loyalty programme plays a critical role in driving customer lifetime value and brand preference across EMEA. This role is accountable for how the Loyalty programme is positioned to in‑market customers who are not yet members, leading digital member acquisition and the marketing activation of strategic partnerships. The role also supports CRM across multiple international markets.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Own the representation of the Loyalty programme to prospective members across owned, paid and earned channels.
- In collaboration with Global Loyalty teams, update and govern Loyalty RTBs, claims and key benefits across all EMEA markets.
- Lead digital (above-property) member acquisition strategy and performance optimisation.
- Translate signed partnerships into high‑impact co‑marketing campaigns.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with Digital, Media, Analytics and Marketing teams to deliver acquisition plans in-region and across the world.
- Work with Global and Regional Partnership Development leads to activate partnerships from a marketing perspective.
- Provide support in CRM execution for colleagues across multiple markets.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Loyalty digital acquisition strategy and annual operating plan.
- Regional loyalty value proposition, messaging frameworks and playbooks.
- Channel performance and incremental impact
- Partner co‑marketing activation plans and campaign calendars.
- Performance reporting and optimisation recommendations.

You have these minimum qualifications:
- Experience across Loyalty, Digital Marketing, Partnerships or CRM.
- Proven experience driving digital customer or member acquisition.
- Strong understanding of value proposition development and performance marketing.
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets.
- Data‑driven mindset; fluent with testing, analytics, and attribution.
- Great collaborator; experienced managing agencies and senior stakeholders.
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience activating co‑marketing partnerships.
- Familiarity with agency management (e.g. creative production).
- Experience of operating in international matrix organisations
