Senior Lead Solutions Architect
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage end-to-end architecture and solutions for multiple sophisticated projects in parallel for large-scale data migrations from legacy on-prem platforms to AWS cloud
- Collaborate closely with project sponsors, multi-functional teams, delivery leads, and technical teams to build and deliver data platforms and data pipeline frameworks, data management, governance standards, and data quality products
- Assess project risk and proactively offer mitigation strategies while delivering timely communication to partners
- Solve complex data challenges using Cloud technologies
- Prepare executive summary decks with strong presentation and facilitation skills
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with partners in defining the scope of the migration and defining communication and escalation plan
- Work closely with delivery leads, product owners, and scrum team in delivering the data solutions
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Legacy to Cloud platform refactoring including data and technologies by applying defined data strategy principles
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience within Technology or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in a multi-functional leadership role
- Experience working on data-driven projects including data ingestion, data processing, data curation, data warehousing & data governance in a cloud native platform
- Experience migrating/converting on-prem applications to the cloud
- Experience supporting multiple, large sized, complex projects by documenting requirements, establishing scope, establishing objectives, and determining strategy for implementing
- Experience leading an enterprise level data program, influence a variety of audiences
- Experience handling business situations, conducting presentations for senior leadership, removing roadblocks, and delivering solutions by working with partners to drive continuous alignment and ensure critical goals are met
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Ten (10) + years of professional experience within Technology or a related field
- Licenses or Certifications in AWS, Talend, or Informatica
