Senior Identity & Access Management Solution Engineer
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills; clear and concise documentation and communications
- Attention to detail and proficiency in dissecting issues into component parts to extract requirements, identify problems, and recommend tactical or strategic solutions
- Adaptability to work with an evolving portfolio of technologies and platforms
- Ability to innovate and address problems with a variety of different methods
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and common hotel-related business processes/functions
- Approximate travel of up to 20%
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or related field
- Three (3) years of experience with identity and access management
- Hands-on experience with IAM products and concepts such as Sailpoint IdentityIQ & PingFederate, and data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server & Informatica
- Knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege access, separation of duties / incompatible access grants, access provisioning, access review, federated identity
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 10+ years of Technology related experience
- Five (5) + years of experience with identity and access management
- CISA, CISSP, IAM solution-specific technical certification(s)
