Senior Director, Strategy

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Twelve (12) years of professional experience
- Experience in a global matrixed organization relating to hospitality, corporate strategy, or innovation.
- Four (4) years of experience leading strategic, multi-functional projects.
- Four (4) years of experience leading and developing team members.
- Four (4) years of experience using analytical and financial processes to drive decisions.
- Travel up to 15%.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- MA/MBA Degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Ten (10) years of experience in hospitality, corporate strategy, or innovation
- Five (5) years of experience supervising cross-functional teams.
- Five (5) years of project management experience
