What are we looking for?

Success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Coaching: Demonstrated interest in Team Member development and culture building.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Seven (7) years of work experience in Product, Pricing, Corporate Strategy, Commercial Services, Revenue Management, or Analytics.
  • Three (3) years of experience leading strategic projects or initiatives across multiple disciplines.
  • Three (3) years of experience leading and developing team members.
  • Travel up to 25%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Experience leading initiatives in a global, matrixed organization relating to Revenue Management, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and/or Strategy
  • Ten (10) years of experience in hospitality, corporate strategy, or innovation
  • Five (5) years of experience supervising cross-functional teams
  • Five (5) years of project management experience
  • MA/MBA Degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
