Senior Director, Distribution Strategy & Planning

What are we looking for?

• Deep understanding of the distribution landscape
• Capable of identifying, prioritizing, and articulating highest-impact initiatives
• Ability to simultaneously lead multiple large-scale projects
• Collaborative teammate, good judgment and can influence external and internal decision-makers with diplomacy
• Works well under time constraints and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Highly structural, able to coordinate multiple projects, tasks, concepts, and ideas logically and coherently
• Shown ability to organize and present complex concepts logically and coherently
• Ability to encourage, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams around a single vision and clear RACI
• Demonstrated collaboration, cross-functional project leadership experience
• Understanding of travel and hospitality business, hotel operations, franchising, and brands

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Fifteen (15) years of professional experience
• Eight-Ten (8-10) years working in role-relevant environments and fields
• Five (5) years managing people
• Travel domestically and globally, up to 30%

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• Professional experience in digital travel, hospitality, change management, or strategy business field
• Sound understanding of Hilton brands, operations, systems, and organization
