What are we looking for?

A Senior Director, Co-Brand - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Successful track-record leading and growing a multi-product co-brand credit card portfolio
  • Deep understanding of the regional card landscape, bank card economics, regulatory environment and industry norms, value prop development, card acquisition, card member servicing, early tenure card member engagement, card member retention, and card member value
  • Solution and results-orientated mindset with demonstrated expertise building and leading a business (P&L) in a large global and matrixed organization
  • Ability to drive progress independently using shared resources and build towards a sustainable business
  • Strong ability to collaborate, influence and lead change across internal and external partner teams
  • Expertise in building, leading and motivating a team
  • Ability to work with internal and external partners to rationalize strategies to achieve mutually beneficial, accretive outcomes for all parties
  • Strategic eye for business with ability to use data and market intelligence to find opportunities and improve performance continuously
  • Demonstratable relationship and business development experience
  • Excellent communication and written and verbal presentation skills

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Ten (10) years of related professional experience
  • Three (3) years of co-branded credit card leadership experience with minimum 2 years of partial of holistic P&L ownership
  • Five (5) years of management experience leading teams 
  • Experience leading/managing large, enterprise-level partnerships
  • Experience working across customer channels, including website, mobile apps, email, and call centers
  • Up to 20% travel 

The following capabilities and distinctions will help ensure success in this critical role: 

  • Advanced degree, such as an MBA, preferred
  • Financial services or credit card (ideally co-brand) senior leadership roles
