Senior Director, Brand Manager Outset Collection
What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Eight (8) or more years of professional experience
- Four (4) years of experience leading large projects with multiple partners in a matrixed organization
- Three (3) years of experience at the Director level
- Experience assisting with the development of new strategies, building business cases, gaining internal and external support, and driving implementation
- Experience building content for presentations and presenting in front of internal and external audiences
- Travel up to 40-50% of the time, both domestic and international
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Three (3) years of hospitality experience
- Two (2) years of experience developing annual plans, corporate budgets, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
- Two (2) years of experience working in a brand management or brand/franchise benchmarking
Experience analyzing data, conducting market assessments and competitive benchmarking
