This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Director, Brand Engagement, you will lead the HSM Brand Engagement team for Luxury, Lifestyle and Full Service brands and support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the Hilton Supply Management team reporting to Vice President, Americas, you will work on projects including new brand launches, development of brand programs like textiles, amenities and food and beverage offerings.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Oversee sourcing, testing and implementation of brand programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans and deliver reports to Brand leaders, category management and HSM partners.
  • Collect and disseminate data from hotels and suppliers to brand management teams.
  • Provide management for the Luxury, Lifestyle and Full Service brand engagement team.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Cultivate partnerships between Brand, Operations, AD&C, and team members that support HSM's ability to achieve Hilton, HSM, and Brand business objectives.
  • Meet weekly / monthly with Brand and HSM Category Management partners.
  • Participate in Owner Advisory Council meetings and host product showcases.

What initiatives you will take ownership of:

  • Launch support for products and services for new brands in Luxury, Lifestyle and Full Service; integration of brand acquisitions into the Hilton portfolio.
  • Brand alignment, guest/property testing and implementation for category initiatives on Fill Products, Bath Amenities.
  • Produce and maintain OS&E guides and develop New Hotel Opening Guides.
  • Support Brand launches and model room development.

What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Seven plus (7+) years of experience in hospitality brands or CPG brands
  • Experience in Project Management or Program Development experience
  • Travel up to 20% (domestic)
