Senior Director, Brand Design
What are we looking for?

- Competitive Market: make a concerted effort to tour recently completed Hilton and non-Hilton Brand properties both locally and as travel warrants.
- Professional Development: attend professional and/or community events to represent Hilton, always being mindful of career development opportunities.
- Creative talent and innovative thinking across all segments of the hospitality industry including the evolution and growth of the lifestyle design space.
- A strong desire for building and maintaining a collaborative team culture to thrive within Hilton’s matrix reporting environment.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Four (4) years of experience in direct ownership communications
- Four (4) years of team management experience
- Ten (10) years of experience in hospitality design and construction roles.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Advanced degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate Development.
- Seven (7) years of in depth experience in lifestyle brand design and construction.
- Fifteen (15) years of hospitality experience in a mixture of design and construction roles.

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000-$185,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
