Senior Captain - Golden Peony (Conrad Singapore Marina Bay)
What are we looking for?
A Senior Captain serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Able to handle guest’s enquiries over the phone/email
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Experience in Food & Beverage department and/or industry in a Chinese Restaurant
Previous Food & Beverage and/or industry experience
Experience with credit card settlement and cashiering duties
Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
