Senior Analyst Master Data Management
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage and monitor the configuration of Hilton's best-in-class Master Data Management solutions.
- Provide detailed analysis of large and small data sets, identifying opportunities and discrepancies, and presenting this back to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Triage and resolve challenging requirements and issues, from initial analysis through to deployment.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate in 1 or more Agile scrum teams as an MDM subject matter expert, ensuring MDM-related tasks are completed and documented accordingly.
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Privacy and Loyalty teams, ensuring that MDM and governance practices are implemented in accordance with business requirements, and data stewards are adequately supported.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Customer 360 - you will be responsible for helping manage and improve our customer 360 solution, ensuring Hilton can protect customer privacy whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Two (2) years of work experience in a data-related discipline
- Two (2) years of experience in SQL and other forms of data analysis
- Direct experience presenting data-driven assessments and conclusions to technology organizations and leadership at all levels
- Experience working with large datasets in enterprise data environments
- Ability to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal data policies
- Experience in data quality management, including data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes
- This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Experience in entity resolution, data matching, and survivorship
- Experience with Informatica (or other similar low code) data management tools
