Senior Associate Enterprise Remediation

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• You will perform the below tasks while working on different projects and initiatives simultaneously:
  • Identify and communicate remediation, standards, and end-of-life requirements to franchise operators.
  • Enforce Hilton security standards and procedures with global franchise community and provide subject matter expertise on technology roadmap options for these properties.
  • Monitor and respond to requests in the PTSEI Shared Mailbox.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Liaison for key internal and external stakeholders to implement, deliver, and integrate processes in support of Hilton's enterprise initiatives.
• Resolve incidents and problems - work with Field Services, Deployment and Property Technology teams requiring assistance in answering infrastructure-related standards questions.
• Work with hotel technology and operations resources to perform remotely monitored tasks such as, end of life hardware removal, remediation and cyber-security evidence gathering.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

• Provide remediation guidance and hold franchise hotels accountable to adhere to Hilton security and network standards.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology
• Three (3) years of professional experience in Hospitality or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Basic understanding of core networking concepts and familiarity with common operating systems
• Experience using Excel (or equivalent) for data sorting, filtering, and basic analysis
• This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, or Memphis)
• Travel up to 5%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 5+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology and hospitality related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of Hilton network standards
• Intermediate SQL or Power Apps skills
