This is your chance to be a part of the Hilton's Americas Marketing Team! This team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. They are responsible for enhancing market share and revenue through specialized hotel-level eCommerce Consulting, Regional Marketing, and various specialty functions. As the Senior Analyst, Marketing & eCommerce (MEC) for the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region, you will collaborate closely with the CALA and the Marketing & eCommerce teams to advance corporate initiatives with significant commercial impact. You will also partner with internal teams to complete projects and address hotel requests, with a focus on Hilton properties within the CALA region.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Use your experience in digital marketing to identify opportunities to increase hotel performance.
  • Manage the intake and prioritization of hotel requests in Salesforce, providing responses, escalating, and sharing relevant digital resources to address hotel and owner's needs.
  • You will report to the Senior Manager, MEC CALA.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Support MEC CALA team members with ad hoc audits and the development of actionable plans for hotels
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Paid Media, SEO, Content, Regional Marketing, Revenue Management, and Brand Performance Support, to assist with projects and hotel-specific initiatives

What you will take ownership of: 

  • Support projects that advance team objectives and enhance hotel performance across digital channels.
  • Facilitate digital onboarding activities for new hotel openings and conversions within the CALA region
  • Translate hotel resources and presentations into Spanish to ensure clarity and understanding for CALA partners.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of professional experience in Marketing, or Digital Marketing & eCommerce
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Fluency in Portuguese
