Senior Analyst, Honors Finance

What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; ability to analyze financial data to identify trends and issues, draw conclusions, and make recommendations with meticulous attention to detail and timelines
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
• Self-starter, with the intellectual curiosity and drive to identify challenges and potential problems and to independently propose solutions
• General accounting knowledge, specifically around accrual, cost allocation, amortization

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Two (2) years of analytical experience within a financial function
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
• Four (4) years of analytical experience within a financial function
• Hospitality industry experience
