Senior Analyst, Honors Finance
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; ability to analyze financial data to identify trends and issues, draw conclusions, and make recommendations with meticulous attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
- Self-starter, with the intellectual curiosity and drive to identify challenges and potential problems and to independently propose solutions
- General accounting knowledge, specifically around accrual, cost allocation, amortization
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of analytical experience within a financial function
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
- Four (4) years of analytical experience within a financial function
- Hospitality industry experience
