This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! As a Senior Analyst, Brand Strategy, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the Strategy, Planning, and Insights team, you will report to the Senior Manager, HSM Brand Strategy. You will work on projects to advance HSM's growth. This will involve supporting go-to-market execution across new markets and Consumer Direct. Your responsibilities will include development of sales and marketing collateral, event and activation support, and execution of integrated communication strategies.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Help develop HSM's brand and go‑to‑market strategy across core hospitality, new markets, and Consumer Direct.
- Support brand‑led initiatives such as events, activations, and thought‑leadership efforts, ensuring consistency with HSM's positioning and priorities.
- Track progress against brand and GTM initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve execution.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Regional teams to ensure brand strategy is reflected in market execution.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to support development of creative assets, messaging, and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align brand strategy with product, vertical expansion, and commercial priorities.
- Be a connective tissue between strategy, ensuring agreement across team members and workstreams.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
Develop sales, marketing, and executive‑level materials, including pitch decks, positioning narratives, and messaging frameworks.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in brand strategy, marketing and communications, or a related role.
- Experience developing marketing and sales collateral including event communications and pitch decks.
- Experience managing a plethora of projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Communications experience, with the experience to distill complex ideas into clear stories.
- Independently bring projects from inception phases to execution.
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or a related service‑oriented industry.
- Experience in supply chain industry.
- Experience working with creative and event agencies.
