Senior Director, Brands Sales & Commercial Integration
What are we looking for?

- Strong Sales acumen and strategic thinking skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Seven (7) years of Hotel Sales or Revenue and Operations experience
- Five (5) years of experience managing others
- Five (5) years of experience in presentation delivery
- Potential to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Six (6) years of management experience
- Three (3) years at a Hotel as a Director of Sales, Director of Business Development or Director Revenue Management
- Two (2) years of Operations Management experience
- Two (2) years of experience as a brand or multi-unit representative
- Previous experience in a Brand Sales role as a Director or higher
- Working knowledge of Hilton Worldwide property systems (OnQ, OnQ FM, OnQ RM) and Hotel Sales systems (Delphi)
