HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the key job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Proactively identify data issues and engage with corporate functions and hotels to implement corrective actions and improve operational performance.
  • Provide assistance and analysis to support ongoing account management of key business partners and team/department goals
  • Perform any other reconciliation, analysis, and inquiry-related duties as advised

        How you will collaborate with others:

  • Support team members within the Inquiry Team when demand is high by sharing the workload and taking the lead in resolving more complex issues
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Review Meetings for key Online Travel Agent partners.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Deliver monthly reconciliation review and reporting to key business partners, and maintain effective and regular communication with all collaborators to ensure that all reconciliation reports are completed accurately and within set deadlines.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new business partners and own the design of the reconciliation review process to best support their needs. Create and manage documentation of end-to-end reconciliation process, as well as quality control checks, and cross-train other team members within the department.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Experience with processing and/or reconciling commissions or other vendor-related payments
  • Experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related industry
  • Experience developing and analyzing reports using Excel
  • Hybrid role based in our corporate office in Memphis, TN

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with business operations and/or customer service in international markets
  • One (1) year of experience working with cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence platforms (i.e. MicroStrategy, Cognos, Tableau, PowerBi, etc.)
